In the beginning God created the Heavens and the Earth. God created the creatures in the sky and the creatures that walked the Earth. On January 15, 1966 God created, constructed and molded this little baby, whom her parents named D’Wana Patrice Tigue. She was born and raised in Shreveport Louisiana, and grew up in a family full of Love, Devotion and Strong Family Values. D’Wana attended Central Elementary, J.S. Clark Middle School, B. T. Washington High School and graduated from Northeast Louisiana College where she majored in Computer Science.

D’Wana started a long life of loving and caring for others when she started her First career at Schumpert Hospital in Louisiana as a Medical Assistant. At this point in her life she took on a large roll of being a caregiver to the patients of Schumpert Hospital, where her infectious smile and large heart made people fall in love with her, but she saw a brighter future and a new horizon as she ventured to Houston Texas. Once she arrived in Houston it didn’t take long before she captivated the hearts of many. But one thing D’Wana did know was that working and providing for herself was critical. Her first job in Houston was with U.S. Gypsum then came Compact, Golden Boys, Reid Facility, Sheltering Harbour, Lincoln Property, Avis Rent-A-Car, First Transit, Harris County Toll Road Authority, Endoscopy Foot Center and D&D Tax Services where she spent her last 4 years loving on all the clients she met and staff.

In the scheme of things D’Wana Patrice Tigue met a tall, dark and handsome man by the name of Curvis Anthony Dominique and became known as D’Wana Patrice Tigue – Dominique in 2008 and then a blessing came from above when the Lord shinned his light on them and they welcomed a precious baby girl whom they named Ja’Doire Ah’Janaa Dominique. D’Wana had longed for someone to love and care for of her own flesh. Curvis and Ja’Doire had the pleasure to experience the love that D’Wana had to give and Love them she did with her whole heart. But she ALWAYS had room for others dedicating her life to giving, loving and caring. Although she left Shreveport it was always her home and she never forgotten where she was from and her family and friends she left behind.
